This is a unique product that I haven’t come across. It’s a booster that preps the skin right after cleansing. But it’s not a toner. In fact, it’s applied before the toner. The booster optimizes the skin for other products that follow.

It has milkvetch, which is supposed to increase circulation. I like that it has licorice, a strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
