1. Vitamin C is in many fruits & veggies. So just eat them! It’s the easiest way to help your skin.
2. You need Vitamin C *every day* because it doesn’t last long in the body. (Vit C is water-soluble and gets flushed out.) It also gets used up from fighting free radicals.
3. Besides eating fruits & veggies, you need to apply Vitamin C to your skin too. In other words, you need both DIETARY + TOPICAL Vitamin C.
4. For maximum anti-aging, use a Vit C serum or moisturizer. Except if you have very sensitive skin (a Vit C serum will probably be too irritating for you.)
5. For the ultimate age prevention, give your skin Vitamin C BEFORE you go into the sun. And then again AFTER.
