Are you protecting your hands from the sun? Wear gloves if you drive! Best way to prevent hand spots when you get older.
I wear gloves every time I drive, no matter how hot it is. If you don’t drive, be sure to put SUNSCREEN on your hands. Hand protection is often overlooked.
Any glove will do, but I like a glove with a PIMPLE GRIP (those tiny dots on the fabric). A pimple grip prevents my hand from slipping on the wheel.
This happens to be a horseback riding glove. You can buy this for around $5-10 on Amazon or equestrian catalogs.

The gloves are a really good investment for your skin and doesn’t cost much. Much easier than trying to fade brown spots later!
Dark color fabrics and tight weaves are better. This one is made of a stretchy cotton. In winter, I wear a thicker glove.
