Keeping cool with this juicy goodness for my skin and body.
I call it summer fruit soup, but it’s really just juiced fruit in a bowl! 🙂 You can add chunks of fruit to make it into a fruit gazpacho. I like to add ice cubes to make it extra cold on a hot day.
I juice whatever’s in the fridge. Wondering what to juice? Whatever you like! Just throw it in! The body needs and appreciates a wide range of nutrients.
Today’s Ingredients:
- Watermelon – for water!, lycopene, Vit A, Vit C
- Blueberries – antioxidant-rich polyphenols
- Lime – Vit C
- Beet – antioxidant-rich polyphenols
- Tomato – Vit C, lycopene, Vit A
- Banana – for thickness and sweetness
- Ginger – for a zing and immune boost (anti-inflammatory herb)
