Boscia Cool Blue Calming Mask
I don’t have sensitive skin but occasionally my skin will experience some sensitivity. I use this peel-off mask if I am experiencing inflammation of any sort, including an impending breakout.
The key ingredient in this mask is Sea Whip, a powerful anti-inflammatory which you typically only find in professional skin care lines. Boscia is a retail brand you can find in Sephora, so it’s an accessible option.
I apply the mask only on areas where I need it. My goal is to reduce inflammation as quickly as possible, before inflammation makes my skin worse.
The mask has a strong cooling effect. You will feel the coldness! This is great for reactive skin. If your skin gets hots easily, is red or flushed, then this is a good mask for calming it down.
